***EDIT*** BOT called me back the next morning after leaving the 1 star review, Troy apologized for BOT not taking care of the squealing brakes, and wanted to correct that. Hesitantly, I took my car back to BOT. Came back later that evening. When I got there, they were changing my windshield wipers b/c mine were trash and a storm was coming. Troy explained, in detailed, all findings and that there may be a slight squeal remaining but new rotors and brakes were put on. He reassured me he drove the car himself, to his approval... read more
