I used the coin laundry next door to wash rugs while an oil change and tire rotation completed. Big-O was finished with my vehicle before the washing machine was finished with my long-skinny rugs. To be fair, I paid extra for the machine to do a double wash cycle - they’re constantly walked on.
Absolutely appreciated the time frame and professionalism your guys displayed and would buy every single one of them a round of cold beers given the chance. I’ve used that store for tire issues goin on 40 yrs since way back when Robert was running it. You’re guys have earned my business since you’ve been there now.
