I own a lawn care business and needed a smaller tire replaced on a piece of equipment. My employee went to Firestone in Fayetteville originally and that store told him they were not equipped to replace smaller tires. He went to another tire store in Fayetteville and was told they could not replace the tire either since it was small and "did not have the equipment to do the job". BUYER BEWARE! Horrible service all week! We had an appointment for my husband’s front wheel drive car for two new front tires and one tire on the back had a slow leak that needed repaired. He quoted a price for two new tires and to fix the slow leak tire. We dropped the car off Tuesday morning at 6 AM for a 7 AM appointment. About 30 minutes into the appointment Justin called and said that the car really needed to be aligned before they put the tires on so he told us the price increase for that and we agreed.
