Poor customer service, slower service, poor value, dirty customer waiting area, filthy bathrooms that are not stocked with toilet paper. I had a 4pm oil change appointment and I was the last customer to leave at 6:04pm; A 2-HOUR OIL CHANGE! I only booked an oil change with Big O because at my tire rotation 2 weeks ago they mentioned they do a wheel alignment at an oil change appointment.
