Promises of great service, but not delivering. Manager's attitude, described as "rude" and "too smart." Lack of customer service knowledge, which is crucial in any service-oriented role. Mike is the manager. He knows that they broke my wheel nuts but refuses to offer any compensation. It's very hard to deal with.
Called this morning, ready to order some new all terrain tires. Whoever answered the phone was quite unprofessional. Looks like ill be spending my money elsewhere.
Big O Tires had the best price in the area for the tires I wanted (Cooper Discoverer Road+Trail AT). They ordered them quickly and had them installed just a few days later. About 10 days afterward, I noticed a slow leak and brought the vehicle back roughly a month after the install. They got me in right away and fixed the tire for free. Turns out I had picked up a nail, not an installation issue. Great service and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend! By the way, I love these tires. I have them on a 2010 4Runner
Disappointing experience that doesn’t reflect the reputation Big O is known for. I was first quoted $628/tire, even though the website listed $501. When I pointed this out, I was told the website price was “just a guide” and that they set the actual price. Later he admitted the mistake and agreed to honor the $501 and emailed me the quote reflecting the new price. I told him to order them and he said he would call me back.
