I bought the tires from big o Tsawwassen and they said they carry life time free repair for any big O tires in Canada . However, when i got it repaired by big O at broadway kitslano, they said they r independent own and charge me $78. That is incredibly frustrating, and honestly, the Kitsilano location gave me the run-around. While it is true that Big O Tires locations are independently owned and operated franchises, they are still bound by the corporate network's nationwide warranty agreements. I will give ten stars to this place if I could! Very honest people and fast service! We had a flat tire. Dropped the car off and had a brunch next door. The car was ready when we were done!
Good service, took care of the problem, back on the road in an hour.
