Good team..And they really listen and try to help out. One of my locking nuts fell off. They had a spare regular nut which they put on. Amd balanced my front wheels on my 4 runner! Great job.
Found a nail in my tire and had gone to 2 other tire shops on Arbutus before coming to Big O. None of the other two were able to get me in to fix it eventhough it appeared they had multiple bays open and many workers sitting around, both said it would take 3+ hours to fix one tire. Big O brought me in immediately and were able to fix my tire within a half hour. Thankfully i was able to get back to work and finish my project. The entire staff were great and friendly and they will be my go-to tire place if this happens again
Rick and his team gave me a free tire inspection and made recommendations that were quite different from the ones my dealership had given me. Recommended me to wait and see, rather than immediately advising tire changes. Happy to have a great and honest shop in the neighbourhood. Would have wished to have gotten a call or text about the status of my vehicle, but I understand they had a very busy afternoon.
I bought the tires from big o Tsawwassen and they said they carry life time free repair for any big O tires in Canada . However, when i got it repaired by big O at broadway kitslano, they said they r independent own and charge me $78. That is incredibly frustrating, and honestly, the Kitsilano location gave me the run-around. While it is true that Big O Tires locations are independently owned and operated franchises, they are still bound by the corporate network's nationwide warranty agreements.
