Sylvester is Terrible Management. He’s all about the dollar not you the customer. I’ve given this location a ton of business for many years. He tried to add on an additional cost to a service that was afterwards on the quote from the manufacturer. My insurance company denied that charge after the fact. He refused to help on a small issue on a dead battery 4 months out of warranty that’s junk and they sold it to me. He’s short sided on maintaining customers. He’s bad for Big O tires in Parker.
terrible service and management I have been in twice this year and both times they gave different excuses as to why my tires were not covered for replacement. Just today they told me that while camping when I got a flat that I had driven on it for to long and that voided my warranty. I know how to change a flat and for the 20 yard it was driven on at about 5mph before I pulled over and changed it is an absolute joke. Worst Service I was very disappointed with Big O's service in Parker, CO. I have been to numerous Big O's in Wyoming and Washington and always had great service. So when I moved to Colorado, Big O was a natural first choice. I took my car in to have my tires rotated and had to return twice because the tires were not balanced. During the first visit the sale associate told my husband that we needed new struts that would cost $1,000. We decided to wait and think about it. Awesome service These guys are awesome, great service, always accommodating... Moreover, they will rotate and balance your car's wheels for free for the life of your tires... can't beat that
They don't keep records of basic maintanence... so if you have a problem... they didn't do it!
If you dont buy at least 4 tires here they will give you a tire that doesnt match, so badly matched so your stuck buying four of whatevere they gave you.. Buyer beware here folks!

Great Customer Service/ No up selling when I bought my used Lexus I needed 4 new tires and rims. I went to the Bog O on Lincoln/Parker Rd and I got great tires for a reasonable price. I then asked about the rims and instead of trying to sell me their most expensive set the salesman suggested a mid grade rim that looked just as great as the most expensive and then gave me a deal on the rims because I was getting the tires too. Great place if you want a great deal!
