The atmosphere in this shop felt unprofessional. While I waited, front‑desk staff spent most of their time discussing internal workplace issues. After I raised a concern about a tire patch, my vehicle was returned with gray water splashed across the entire passenger side. The lack of care — both in communication and in the work itself — was disappointing.
