I came to this business with a flat tire on the camper trailer I was hauling. I had blown a tire and was using my spare. I asked the folks at Big O tires to give me two new tires for the camper, and to mount the best of my old tires onto the back transom of the camper as a spare. The next day I'm riding down the highway and I have ANOTHER flat on the camper. It turns out that, although they appeared to have charged me for new valve stems for my new tires, they had in fact used my old valve stems for my new tires. This is wha... read more
