"I live close to this shop, and one issue that keeps coming up is that the air compressor sometimes gets left running late at night. It's very loud and carries into the neighborhood, making it tough for nearby residents to rest. I've mentioned it before, but it still happens from time to time. I hope the shop can pay closer attention to shutting equipment down after hours — it would really help the neighbors and show more consideration for the community."
Justin was absolutely amazing in getting everything done on my truck that needed to be done and even stayed a little late to make sure my truck was done same day. Thank you everyone! Great customer service and all super knowledgeable!
Service is extremely slow and on a Saturday. They open at 8am and close around 2pm and a lube oil and filter with an inspection takes almost the whole time they are open.
Whoever was the woman I called yesterday at safford big O tires around 12:04pm to set up my appointment screwed me over by saying she could get me in on Saturday at 2pm I did ask her if she be able to do so even though they start to close at 2 she said yes only to find out that was a lie and was turned away with the guy I spoke to today saying he don't do 2pm appointments on Saturday and while I believe him I want the woman I talked to be punished for that lie.
