Bought tires and a 1 yr alignment plan. Then they closed the only store within 50 miles of me. Won't travel 180 miles one way to use the rotate, balance and alignment benefits I pd for. Buying my truck tires at Costco in Baxter instead.

I got big o tire legacy tires put on my jeep, they come with a 3 year 80,000 mile warranty. My tires need to be replaced at 42,000 miles. I will never purchase tires from them again let alone due any work on my vehicle again!!!!!

The staff at Big O Tires in Baxter are all so friendly and helpful. I came in with my car that was making an awful sound and as someone who doesn’t know an awful lot about cars, they were able to help me more than anywhere ever has! I am so grateful. I was so nervous about my car but they fixed the noise quickly and advised me on what to do for the future! I will be coming back here for whenever I need tires or mechanical help!
