I was pretty shook up to find out in the middle of the desert between Las Cruces and Alamogordo that one of my lug nuts was missing off my passenger rear wheel. I asked Johnny at Big O if he had one, and it was out of stock, but he recommended I go buy one at the auto shop down the street, then come back, and he would put it on for me. I came back and he put it on, and went the extra mile to check my other lug nuts, and some were loose. We are elderly and appreciate great customer service. Thanks to Ziggie for taking care of us at last minute when we kept getting a “low tire pressure” notice in our 2021 Honda Pilot on the way home to Las Cruces from Cloudcroft. Took care of us right away when we arrived without an appointment! Thanks for your help Ziggie!
Will not give you a quote unless you bring the vehicle in and they take it apart. Said they play the “guessing game” otherwise. Inadequate customer service at both locations. Would not recommend.
Service and work is great. But Good Lord. They are Expensive. I went to have 4 tires mounted & balanced. Wheel alignment. And have a 1½ leveling kit installed. The type of leveling kit that bolts under the strut. They charged me $665 in labor. The total came out to almost $800. I get that they wanted to make up for me providing my own tires.. & I would have bought them from there if they carried Milestar Patagonia MT or XT. But they don't.
Johnny helped me out today. He was super kind and understanding. He always explains what the issue is and how to prevent it in the future.
