This place was amazing! In the middle of a trip, shaking showed up. We stopped in and Cam solved the problem. They did it a half an hour before closing, and didn't bat an eye Thank you Big O Tires!

Requsted a Rotate & balance on tires, ended with a flat tire, returned again to repair flat, had to return it for the third time to balance tires again. All within 2 days! They do not accept their mistakes, just give an excuse. The manager argued with my husband during a different visit. We gave them all the chances, will not be returning.
Reasonably priced and customer service was great. Everytime i go in the work is done before they say and price has always been what was quoted.
