Slippery - The Big O in Conifer, Colorado is under new management and be careful is all I can say. That is not a positive change. Why don't these businesses realize that when they slip in things customers don't want or need, that it costs them thousands of dollars in future business? I have five cars and will never take any of them back to Big O (any Big O) as a result of this visit. It cost me $200 but it will cost them $thousands. I bought two new tires but had an issue with the work. I took the car back. They checked and not only fixed the problem but also installed two new tires on the back of the car at no charge. 4/14/2015
