Quite happy, repeat Big O customers, we appreciate your work very much. One suggestion though, you should have some classes on customer service. Would you be shocked to hear that women get sarcastic responses if they ask a question? It’s a good thing my sister took the car instead of me.
Josh was helpful but a “system glitch” meant my tires were never ordered. I scheduled this installation more than a week prior. They were unable to reorder the tires at the quoted price. Disappointing!
Had them change the oil and check the brakes. They were honest and said I had plenty of brake left (yes they told me the measurements).
