Scott was awesome to work with! I wanted some new wheels and he helped me out tremendously. He let me look on the computer to see what the wheels would like on my vehicle. Once ordered, they were there in two days. He kept me informed every step of the way! He got my vehicle in and out! Awesome customer service! I recommend Big O in Madison to anyone!
I spent 2,000 dollars on a set of mud tires to be put on my after market rims they didn't take the factory drum Clips off caused the tire to come off an destroy my rim,wheel studs,an break drum. an they refuse to do anything about it plus charged me for service I didn't get an tell me they can't refund my money!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Scott, the manager was fantastic. He showed me on his computer screen that the Goodyear tires I wanted had just been issued a recall. He explained my options, pros and cons, with no pressure. I was regularly informed of the installation progress by Scott and others as I waited a reasonable period of time. This was my first time purchasing from Big-O. They earned my future business.
