I purchased new tires from this location two years ago. Yesterday I got a screw in the tire, so I put on the spare and took the flat into the shop for a plug or patch. The gentleman behind the counter looked at the tire, told me it was reparable but that they couldn't touch it because the tire is six years old, meaning I was sold 4-year-old tires. The older gentleman at the front desk is rude, loud and condescending! I chose not to have the mechanics work on my vehicle and they made me wait 20 minutes to give me my keys. Not again!

I brought my truck in to have the tires rotated and balanced. It rode fine before hand. Afterwards, the truck would shake terribly between 45 and 65 mpH. I took it to a different Big O just down the street and they said the tires were "way off balance" Also, they tried to tell me my shocks were bad and I needed to buy new ones. The shocks tested to be fine at the other dealer. I am currently looking for another tire place.
