If you are looking for a $150/installation of a $200 battery ask for the lubricant because you are getting fuqed. One star because zero was not an option.
Billy Daniels is the store manager at the 153rd Olathe location. He is so disrespectful to the employees in the shop and big o tire corporate treats all their employees horrible. It’s a terrible company to work for and even have your car repairs done there. Do not ever go to a big o tire shop.
This was the best experience I’ve had dealing with my car in YEARS. Their service was phenomenal and they helped me get a great price on really good tires. I shopped around a lot and they were way cheaper and gave me a ton of options, and were also SUPER fast. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and even gave me options to take the price down further. I’ll def be back here!
