Highly recommend! I found myself in the area with a massive screw in my tire and had so much driving still to do. This store replaced my tire in an hour and I was able to carry on with my day! They also messaged me later in the week to check on my new tire and also messaged to tell me I left my Stanley cup there. Top service! Thank you!!
UPDATED: I started coming here when I first moved to AZ and they have yet to disappoint me. I truly love my ancient car and proudly said (I'll replace my whole DAMN engine before getting a new car) and these guys ended up doing exactly that. It took a little longer that I expected and I'm sure I harassed everyone at the store 😅. However we're now all on a first name bases LOL ( Hey besties ) Thanks for keeping me and Maxx on the road. I love this place, all the guys there are nice and extremely helpful. Loving my new tires!
I used to be nervous whenever I needed to get things done for my car because I had some bad experiences with other companies. Ever since I found Big O, especially this location, I have felt comfortable with doing routine and as needed maintenance for my car.
