I have gone to this location for oil changes several times. I needed an alignment due to my car pulling right. On June 19th, I dropped my car off at 10 am. I was told my vehicle will be completed in 3 hours. 5 hours later, my car still wasn't ready. I finally picked up my car and my car still pulls to the right. I bring the car back on the 21st. RecommendedI have had excellent service from the Maricopa Big O as well as other Big O locations in Arizona since moving here in 2000. The consistency and helpfulness keeps me coming back for almost all of my car needs. Gaining trust is what happened at the first Big O I went to, and it keeps growing each time I visit any of their locations!!
To expensive for everything but a oil change. If you have money to burn get your service done there by all means.
Horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time here!
