Epic fail Big O Tires. Dropped off my car at 2:45 pm and was called at 5:15 pm to say they couldn't get to it today. Won't be getting my service ever again.
RecommendedMARIAH checked all of my tires, because my alert light came on in my car. She said that all the tire pressures were low, due to the cold temps. She said I was the 6th person she had assisted. MARIAH did it for free. She would not allow me to pay her!!! I appreciate her kind, friendly service. Thank you, MARIAH!!
