Greg helped me out the same day I needed my tires replaced. They were swamped and still made it happen. He also was able to hook me up with better tires and a really reasonable price. This is now my go to store when it comes to car services. They made me feel like a was a member of their own.
Even though the place is a bit busy, I received great service, got a good deal on 4 tires and car was ready to go sooner than expected.
James is always excellent, made an appointment the night before, came in at 7:30AM the next day had my paperwork ready for my transmission flush and coolant exchange, Big o tires is good because of James

I wouldnt trust these guys to put bicycle tires on my bike. They dont honor their warranty. If you take your car in for tires and it is returned with new problems.....you are on your own. The colored fella is especially indifferent and is only interested in upselling you on projects that he quotes way WAY higher than quotes from other shops. Been going their for years. No longer.
