I would never recommend this location and will NEVER use them again. Very poor work and bad customer service. They replaced my tire, filled it to 39 psi and didnt even check the rest of my tires, then put my back wheel on the front when I have front and rear wheel sets so the valve stem was knocking on the tire rod so they had to switch them back. Total run around and then fast forward to the same night, 8PM and I go to get in my car to get home and my brand new tire is completely flat. I wake up the next morning, and head t... read more
RecommendedWould not recommend Poor customer service Had an confirmed appointment showed up was told nope don’t have the tires have to be another day. A walk in customer before me was getting service but appointments don’t matter. Was going to be a first time customer and now will probably never be a customer

fast, professional service
Previously took my car in to remove a screw in tire, it was never removed and had to take it back. They were very rude about it and made excuses. Went in for an oil change on 12/19..told me I had a leak in my rear struts. Gave me a quote for $996. I took it to the dealership to get checked. They found absolutely nothing wrong with my car and no leak. I will never go back to Big O again and will not recommend them to anyone
So honest and friendly! They always help in an emergency and super fast!
I had a great experience here. The managment and shop techs are very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks for the great advice.
