Service was done correctly and timely.
Got new tires put on in March during a sale. Also had a brake job done. Had to take it back a few days later because the brakes shook the car at freeway speeds. They said the brakes were wearing incorrectly and replaced them free of charge. Turns out they also stole the wheel lock keys then subsequently lost them. When I took the car in for an oil change I discovered the wheel lock keys missing from the glove box (the glove box was not accessed until the latest service).
