Took my truck in for an oil change.When I came back to pick it up I looked under the truck and notice the oil filter was not changed.I informed the gentleman at the front desk about the issue and was quickly resolved.I brought my truck home checked the dipstick and the oil was old not new or what I payed for.I proceed to remove the drain plug and my suspicions were correct they in fact did not change my oil and charged me for a survice I did not receive.People please check your oil after you have your vehicle serviced.
