Stopped in to see Grahm after being stuck with a bad flat tire situation. Him and his team helped me get back on my feet by replacing my faulty spare and fix my regulars so I could get back on the road. Really appreciated them getting me back on my feet after having tire trouble which nobody enjoys.
Brian and his mechanics did a beautiful job. Will definitely be coming back!
I had to pull over off the highway to have my tires looked at before a long car ride and warning lights came on. Sara immediately jumped in to help me out, was so communicative and kind. She kept me informed while my tires were being patched and was so sweet to me. I appreciate you Sara and thank you Big O for the exceptional service! I will absolutely be back for any tire needs in the future.
Worst service I’ve ever had honestly, sometimes people just want their tires patch NOTHING ELSE! They always try to upsell you crap you dont need and 3 hrs just to patch a tire? Wth will never come back to this place
I had a leak in my back tire. The staff pulled the tire to show me the massive obstruction and explained they may not have a plug big enough to patch it. They would try, but I may be out a new tire. After they pulled the obstruction, it was smaller than originally feared. They were able to patch - saved me from getting a new tire. And when I went to pay - they sent me on my way with no fee. It was 45 minutes of labor, so I’m just blown away not to have at least a small fee. All the staff was friendly and honest. I’ll be back... read more
