Do not take your car to Big O Tires for repairs. I took my car in to replace the front struts. When putting my car back together they left 3 bolts out. After driving around on this dangerous car, I eventually found a puddle of something on my garage floor. Not knowing what was wrong, I took it to my mechanic, that's when we found the 3 bolts missing. Big O Tires DENIES any and all RESPONSIBILTY. This is not over...there will be lawyers and courts involved...
