Aly was very nice and helpful.
I had a puncture in my tire with a slow air leak. I talked to Aly who was super helpful! They got me in and fixed it up in a few minutes. They also rotated my tires for me. Aly was great to work with and helped answer all my questions along the way!
After moving to Layton, we’ve taken our cars exclusively to this Big O for the past two years, and it has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with the company. Unfortunately, not all locations are created equal. Before moving, I had to use the SLC 300 West store because the Bountiful location—though closer—proved to be consistently dishonest. Wont find a better guy to do business with than the owner of this location. He is truly a stand up guy and will do whatever he can to ensure a good experience for his customers. There is a reason we are repeat Big O clients. Anytime I have questions, these guys are fantastic to work with! Thanks guys!
