I was having the worst day ever because my tire went flat while out in the middle of nowhere. I took it somewhere else that quoted me almost $500 for a new tire. Mine had a nail in it. This is my 2nd time going to Big O Tires and will forever be a customer. The lady working there was so helpful, kind, and offered me a price less than half what another company was going to charge. Very professional and fast.
The moment you feel that rubber and the sensation it gives you as you feel it pulsing in your hands and throughout your steering wheel, yeah Baby! You know you picked a good place to buy some tires! The sales people and tire technicians know how to pick and lay down some rubber for your car or truck. Come on down to Big O, cause once that rubber is on, your car will thank you.
I have taken two of my vehicles to them in the past few months and they have been awesome. They were very thorough about explaining and showing us what we needed to see to make a decision. The service was very quick and seems to be very professional.
Update: The tires I have are great. My truck is much better now with the new tires and the oil change. I am upset that I Made an appointment over a week ago. Was told that 3 other people had an appointment at the same time. Then was told all my information and tires I ordered were not in the computer. Had to figure it out on the fly. Tires in stock were $25 a piece more than what was quoted. I had to wait over 90 minutes before it was even started. Be aware if you make an appointment it probably won’t matter.
