Had my oil change, worked with the assistant manager Corby and she was awesome to work with. I just moved to the area and will definitely return for future service!

Got a new tire 2 weeks ago. I stopped in to let him know, my steering wheel now shakes when breaking. Says its nothing to do with the tire. Won't even look and make sure they balanced correctly
Got an oil change at Big O Tires on 110th St. after the oil change I Parked car in my driveway. Next day a Huge oil spot. Took car back. Joe the manager claimed full responsibility. I picked up Joe Said they fixed the oil leak and apologized for the inconvenience. Now I have bigger oil spot on my driveway and when I use the air conditioner, the gas fumes are unbearable. Now I sit here at Big O Tires again listening to Joe the manager saying…”well the oil leak could be caused by many thing” nothing but excuses. Joe comes out ... read more
