Paid over $300 (and waited 2.5+ hours even WITH an appointment that they never even bothered to confirm with me) for a new tire and an alignment. Its two days later and i'm at the gas station airing up the brand new FLAT tire on my truck. I specifically asked if there was damage to the rim/wheel and was told there must not have been or the techs would have said something/required additional parts. Way to expensive
Called twice. Was on hold both times for over 10 minutes! I mean really 20 minutes of hold. So tried to book on line. That doesn't work either. It got stuck in a loop on the date.
Tire almost came off going going 70 + miles an hr, tried to act like it was even a big deal, I hope you all drive over a cliff
