DO NOT USE BIG O tires THEY ARE A RIP OFF. The staff was very helpful, but the company itself is deceiving on its promotions. The staff also pushed for services that were not applicable for warranty. I would not recommend Big O 'Tire. I should have gone to Discount Tire or Belle Tire. When it was all said and done, I did not save any money.
The store manager met me in the parking lot. I came in because I was having brakes issues. He looked at my car and determine that I didn't have any brake fluid and that I was braking with air. Thank you so very much Carter for all your assistance. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
Excellent service, the customer service rep was knowledgeable and changed my tire while I briefly waiting. Highly recommend.
