Well. I don't know a lot about cars, So I will say maybe this is on me, I' drive a Chevy spark and it has 70,000 mi on it so I was thinking maybe I should get a tune-up cuz I need this car to keep running for a while One of them tells me they take coil packs and I said well maybe I should change them. He of course he says " sure" the price was $1,500 so I got financed .through shop . It took them all of 20 minutes? I thought that was very odd.. But again that's why they're the mechanics and I don't know anything about cars .... read more

Quick, professional, and saved me a little bit of money while they were at it
First of all, I unexpectedly hit a pothole and blew my tire right up the street while in the middle of running around handling things for a friends birthday. Very unfortunate situation. Big O was the closest tire shop. I pulled up, and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. All the men working were nice and very helpful. The young man at the computer helped me understand what I was purchasing and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be coming back next time I need a tire change
