I went in for an oil change, and they upsold me some new tires. That's fine--we needed them in all likelihood. A couple months later, my front wheel came off while I was on I-80, nearly causing a major collision and ending my life. Claims investigator, dealership and police determined it was due to the lug nuts on the wheels being loose because Big O Tires did not tighten them properly.
