My sisters front right tire slashed as she was going to work and the sound for the ride was different. I called into big O tires and they were able to get me in to get them changed the same day and the service was amazing! Definitely will start seeing myself going there for service on my car!

My wife had snow tires put on her Fusion in November. During a trip to the Twin Cities in bad weather I noticed something was wrong. I could not go faster than 40mph without feeling like I was going to lose control, I was being passed by everyone. With something wrong I brought the car back in to find out the directional tires were put on wrong. They did fix that problem but then was told my back shocks were really bad.
