Great group of knowledgeable people!
I got 4 new tires put on my car at “ Big-O- Tires” in Olathe, Ks. I was happy with the service, although I will say it wasn’t cheap, but I guess that’s the norm nowadays. The staff was very nice and they got me right in. I would also recommend this place to women as it’s close to a shopping area while you wait.
I had left an initial review back in December regarding an oil change. New store owner begged me to take it down. August 2022, I went in for an oil change. When I left, I noticed my car was leaking oil. I brought it back 3x to get it fixed. The final time, it was "fixed." December 2022, I took my car to the Big O in Blue Springs. When they went to change the oil, they noticed there was some kind of putty around the opening and wouldn't touch it. Took my care back to the 119th location.
