I needed a last minute diagnosis of my car before taking a long trip. It was handling poorly and making unusual squeaking noises when going over bumps. The guys at Big O did a thorough inspection looking for any possible causes. They could easily have convinced me to fix the suspension which is what I told them I suspected would have been the cause. This location helped me out at the end of a day in an emergency. Replaced my tires, did an alignment and followed up with me the next day to ent the safe operation of my vehicle. VERY appreciative!
