The person I talked to didn't really want to do the work I needed done so I went somewhere eles.
Update I have had 2 different sets of tires installed on 2 different trailers and both worked out great. I plan on giving this shop a couple more opportunities to give great service and I will increase my reviews again. Previous problem was years ago: Dropped my vehicle off here with issues.. Was called a while later and told my car was done, come pick it up. Vehicle had the exact same issues, nothing was done.. Different tire store found the tires to be 5yrs old & in bad shape.. The manager Adam is absolutely unreal. He runs the show like an absolute boss and takes amazing care of me! Two years ago, summer of 2023 I had just moved here from ND. Found myself with a flat on the other side of town. Been a longtime customer of Big O and reached out to this location. He rescued me and gave me Midwest treatment on a very hot day when I was in trouble. Got my car over here and we had a new set put on. This store has my undying loyalty. On Two had to take the 2015 Nissan Altima back to Big O to fix the Air- Condition in the car. I was the one that drove the car twice. I spoke with the Manager, we me and Wife over $700.00 and Air-Condition is not fix . I hope I didn't have to spend any more money on this air conditioner that they were going to fit. I spoke to the manager he said to me I think you just trying to get something for free.This is the Big O on Thunderbird in Phoenix AZ..
