These go above and beyond for anything you need. Absolutely amazing customer service. I rarely write reviews, but these guys handled everything no questions asked. I will only be shopping here for the foreseeable future
Bought tires here rated for 50k miles less than three years ago. Went in for a "balancing issue, $49.99", because the steering wheel was getting shaky. After 25k miles, they said the tires are dry rotted and need to be replaced. They give me a quote for $1,500 bucks. I said is there no warranty? I've lived in Arizona for 30 years, never had "dry rotted tires". They said I didn't buy the warranty. I asked if the warranty would have covered this. They said no. I slammed on my breaks one day and it triggered something with my vehicle traction where I ended up having to inch down the road at 5 miles an hour with the Big O Tire representative on the phone with me until I arrived. When I arrived, the store manager Elijah was beyond helpful and it was such a blessing that I arrived at this location. They got me in and out and took amazing care of me and my car! The person I talked to didn't really want to do the work I needed done so I went somewhere eles.
Update I have had 2 different sets of tires installed on 2 different trailers and both worked out great. I plan on giving this shop a couple more opportunities to give great service and I will increase my reviews again. Previous problem was years ago: Dropped my vehicle off here with issues.. Was called a while later and told my car was done, come pick it up. Vehicle had the exact same issues, nothing was done.. Different tire store found the tires to be 5yrs old & in bad shape..
