Bought brand new tires 2 years ago and they are cracked and going flat already. The manager told me I have "water damage" and my warranty would not cover that. My husband went in the next day to ask how a tire gets water damage and they told him its weather damage and they will give him $50 off a new set cause the warranty won't cover it! We were treated rudely and passed off from person to person, in the end we got no where with them and ended up buying a new set at discount.
DO NOT GO HERE. I bought tires from them because of their 3 year warranty. Something went wrong with my tires, and when I took the car in to get the tires replaced for free (that's what the warranty states) - they would not honor it. The manager didn't even have the courtesy of speaking with me about the issue. The manager told the office people to tell me he would "replace them at cost". I will never give that place a dime! Beware!!
