Threw my new set of tires in the back of my other car and by the time I made it back to Idaho springs the new tire weights had already become detached. Glad I didn’t drive home.
We got a flat tire while on vacation. They squeezed us in and got the work done within 30 minutes of the time they originally stated. They were more than fair with the pricing (they patched the tire and didn’t charge us), the staff was friendly and the waiting area and bathroom were clean. Thanks, Big O for getting us back to our vacation quickly!
I was so happy that you were able to help me with the new tires, alignment and air filter change!!! Now we can go on a planned trip and feel safe. I was very pleased with the personableness of Big O staff which as an older person is very important to me!!!
