Beware of their service department not completing the services. I took my wife's car in for a tire rotation and oil change this past Saturday. I was told it would be done around 3 or 4 pm. After not hearing from them, I called in to check on the status at 5:30 I was told the car was ready, but they were not sure why I was not called. I pick up the car assuming everything was fine. Huge Ripoff – This is a terrible place, and I'm never going back here again. This is my first car, and I don't know much about car ownership. Still, no one should expect to be ripped off like this. I brought my car here because my tire pressure was off. They pumped one of my tires, and I went back home - on the way there, the tire pressure indicator lit up again. AVOID!!! Ruined parts not associated with service, and unwilling to compensate. Recommends service that is unneeded. Bad customer service. Would give less than 1 star if i could.

all store personal are all ways up front with the price and truth, never trying to hide an extra fix it / price it thing. Store is ALWAYS as clean as you would like it to be, sometimes cleaner then my house. Personnel are first rate people ! I've made them, 'Big O Tires & Service" my new era garage, for ALL my automobiles needs. As of this day Monday 23,09 they have been top notch on everything my truck has needed, $3,600 and change in the past two months ! ! I am, William Efird US Army Retired

incompetent – I ordered a set of tires and was told they would be in the next day. They called me back later that evening and said that they were out of stock and would have to order them and it would cost an extra $20 and take 3-5 days. 5 days later, I called to find out what was going on since I hadnt heard anything from them. They told me they were having difficulty with the supplier and it might take a few more days, they would call me back and let me know.
