Always been treated fair I have no complaints. They have always been fair. Locally owned which give more of a little guy feel & I like supporting the little guys (but nice to know the warranties are nation wide).Prices are fair/competitive. Good range of services provided. Only thing lacking for a 5 star rating is having a knock my socks off experience. Wouldn't hesitate recommending to friends/family.
Stand behind their product – We purchased 4 new Big O brand tires before moving to Utah. Within 2 years, we started having problems, one tire was wearing out faster then the rest - yes, we rotated and balanced them evey 3000 or so miles (free service from Big O) - another tire had a nail in it and the other two were showing excessive wear on them - when I went into the store - I was able to upgrade to the new design of the same tire (twice the tread warranty) and get all 4 tires replaced for the cost of 2. - Not only were we... read more
