I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. They started out fine I travel a lot for work so I was in there at least once a month and have 3 vehicles then after I bought a new truck things at big o started to go south. First it started with losing the key to the lug nuts on my car and they never offer anything to fix the problem then my first time taking my truck in there for an oil change they didn’t even change my oil. Bad place to get an alignment, they made it worse.
RecommendedI highly recommend Big O Tires of Lehi! After trying to get a tire repaired/patched at 3 other tire shops I decided to give Big O a try. Despite the fact that I showed up 5 minutes before closing they took care of me. Had my tire patched in 10 mins at a very reasonable price! They were very friendly and courteous, even carried my tires at to my van. I really appreciated their service and will definitely go back when I need new tires! Thank you!
Horrible service they don't listen to what the customer wants to be done. I went in there to get a tire rotation and fix a nail stuck in my tire. They only fixed the nail in the tire and DID NOT DO THE TIRE ROTATION. Service took about 2 hours, very slow and bad listeners. Also they didn't put my hubcap on correctly and it fell off somewhere on the freeway within a 5-mile distance of the store. Would never go to this Big O Tires Lehi again.
I had a light telling me that I had a low tire and there was a screw causing the issue. Took it in and found that the place I purchased the from hadn't checked the tires or had them rotated. (States with out Safety checks ARE DUMB.) Chet found and showed me that the tire was so worn that the 'cording' ? (my words) was nearly ready to fly apart on the inside of the tire. They replaced my back brakes and rotors and did NOT PUT THE BOLTS IN THE CALIPERS how lame is that, not to mention unsafe
Customer Service Yesterday I came in with squeaky brakes after having them fixed not too long ago. I worked with a man named Glenn who was very helpful and kind in getting the problem resolved. Thank you for you great customer service.
