I really wanted to take the time to share my wonderful experience here today at this store. After 3 very disappointing visits to Firestone on market road I was so stressed out over my tire situation that cost me 2 emergency tire truck repairs and 3 trips to FS just trying to get my car back in the road all from a flat. I made an appointment here and I was “in and out” in 30 minutes with the whole issue resolved to perfection. Got a screw in my tire and they plugged it for free. Doesn’t happen often nowadays , I will be bringing my business here from now on.
Hunter was super helpful and patient (at the front desk) and the manager was very accommodating.
This was my first experience with Big Oand it was out of nessesity. My daughters car had an irreparable flat. They were the closest. Service was fast and friendly. What stood out was what happened two days later. The new tire had a blowout due to a road hazard when we brought it back. The warranty process could t be easier.
