I was in town for a few hours for an appointment for my wife and needed to get my wheels balanced and aligned. They were able to fit me in within a couple hours and I was out the door in less then 45 minutes. Great experience overall and glad they could fit me in so easily on my right schedule! Let me know my rear pads needed replacing soon too, saving me a headache in a few months. I'll be ordering those when I get home to swap them out!
I specifically come to this location over closer ones to my home because of Duane & his long standing mechanic! They are hard workers who provide excellent service on my tires and vehicle as well as are always friendly and provide excellent customer service! That are always so accommodating, flexible, hard working, and dedicated to being the best at what they do and it shows!! Would highly recommend this location on ford parkway!!
Duane was nice
They are fast and efficient, once they make from the back of house to the front desk.
