Very professional, friendly, and quick service
I've always come here. Religiously for the past 4 years. I've had 5 tires with nails and screws and they are also so helpful and nice. Michael and the staff are extraordinary in their customer service. They make me feel welcome.
Wow. I've been to countless places for vehicle needs and this time was different. Service and customer care is some of the best ive seen from the staff here. Finally found a new place that cares more about the customer than the price tag.
I walked into the Big O in Castle Rock, frustrated because 2 other Tire stores ( one in Greeley, Colorado and the other in Castle Rock) both by the same name and also where I had bought the tires from, were telling me that I would have to wait for 2+ hours for a 10 minute fix of a flat tire. I did not have time because I had to be in Castle Rock (from Greeley) and drove with a bolt in my tire, hoping it stayed inflated long enough to get there. We took our Jeep in today to have a different set of tires put on. Everyone working was so nice and very professional. They did a great job and had the tires on and the vehicle was ready to go within an hour. They seemed very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this location.
