Fantastic service! Have been going to Big O Tires for several years, mostly Arizona. My experience in Colorado had not been good with them until I came into Parker location. Huge difference! Everyone was friendly, fast service, fair prices and very thorough. Can't say enough good about this location and all the staff. Definitely 5 stars!
Hi, Been doing business with Big O Tire for the last 25 years. Been a loyal customer through owner changes and with 4 cars, a 4 wheeler, a lawn tractor and a trailer with 32 tires in the care of our local Big O Tire. I did have a experience a couple years back when I was getting ready to go hunting where I came in to have my tires rotated. The tech rotated the tires and did not tighten the lug nuts on one tire, I noticed a lot of vibration while driving and found the stud had been chewed off. What a relief! What normally feels stressful having to go into get repairs or maintenance done on a vehicle actually felt quite the opposite. These guys know who to take care of....US, the customer! Jason, the new owner obviously fits that bill and the rest of the team like Josh at the front of the house and Brian their lead tech work their tails off to get get people like me back on the road safely and as quickly as possible.
