I've been a Big O fan for years...in three different Colorado locations. Tires are top notch. However, I was in for a shock with my most recent oil change appointment. They came back with an astoundingly large estimate for my "leaking" struts. I was told the car was safe but to keep an eye on it. After consulting with my son-in-law, I went for a second estimate at an independent auto repair. Nothing was wrong with my struts at all. Fantastic service! Have been going to Big O Tires for several years, mostly Arizona. My experience in Colorado had not been good with them until I came into Parker location. Huge difference! Everyone was friendly, fast service, fair prices and very thorough. Can't say enough good about this location and all the staff. Definitely 5 stars!
Hi, Been doing business with Big O Tire for the last 25 years. Been a loyal customer through owner changes and with 4 cars, a 4 wheeler, a lawn tractor and a trailer with 32 tires in the care of our local Big O Tire. I did have a experience a couple years back when I was getting ready to go hunting where I came in to have my tires rotated. The tech rotated the tires and did not tighten the lug nuts on one tire, I noticed a lot of vibration while driving and found the stud had been chewed off. What a relief! What normally feels stressful having to go into get repairs or maintenance done on a vehicle actually felt quite the opposite. These guys know who to take care of....US, the customer!
