brought my truck in for a tire rotation and balance found they didn't rotate my tires brought truck back in for them to. complete tire rotation they have completed tire rotation but didn't adjust tire pressure after the rotation how many times do I need to bring my truck back for them to get it done correctly

will never do business here again. I purchased 4 brand new tires for my wrx in 2016. I purchased the additional protection plan. yesterday I had a blow out on the highway. I went into big o to get new tires, because the alignment and my car being awd I have to replace all 4 tires, i cannot just get one or two. that's fine, I've known that. They recommended a new air filter when I got my oil changed, I figured it's not rocket science I'll do it myself. Turns out it's almost rocket science. Took my car & air filter in and they replaced it for me on the spot. No charge. Thanks guys!
Theyve done all the work on my vehicle we cant do ourselves! Amazing staff and they dont seem to ever try to add on unnecessary repairs.
Every time I come in, I'm immediately greeted with a smile and great customer service. When getting my car serviced, they recommended what I actually needed and got the work done in a timely manner. I will keep coming back!
Great tires and prices. I called around to 8 different places and Big O Tires had the best prices for what I wanted. Helpful staff. Soon afterwards got flat tire when a screw went into my tire and they fixed it really quickly because I had to take mu daughter to a specialist out of town. Great service. Hard working crew.
