A close family member had a medical emergency in the vicinity recently. CJ and Alvin helped her get quickly to ER and also took care of securing her vehicle. When I stopped by later, CJ was very empathetic and concerned for her wellbeing. Big O checked the vehicle to make sure it was ok to drive, and sent a detailed suggestion (with pictures) of what things should be looked at in the future.
