I had a slow leak in one of my tires that I had purchased from Big O tire. I called the service desk and they promptly asked me to bring in the vehicle to have the tire checked. They checked the tire and found a nail, quickly made the repair and didn’t cost me anything.
Dustin took care of me when I went in near end of business day with a severe leak in one of my tires. Despite it being close to closing they were able to squeeze me in and patched my tire with the internal patch and plug for free. Amazing customer service that makes me want to come back when I need to replace my tires. Thanks Dustin!
CJ and Doug hooked us up with an unexpected set of new tires and brakes for a reasonable price. My partner and I were traveling down from Portland, OR when we noticed something was wrong with my car. We stopped at a Les Schwab in Oregon, and they told us we would be safe to make it to San Jose and back with no problem. Over the Siskiyous, my car got worse. I went here for an oil change with an appointment @1PM. Was treated unfairly with an attitude probably just for being a woman. They told me my oil change would take an hour. I got out of here after over TWO hours. The man also tried to tell me to change my tires “ASAP” that were changed recently and look completely fine. Also tried to tell me there are other problems with my car, and my car shows no signs of having those problems at all. Learned my lesson that this store gives terrible and slow service. Got an oil change, workers were disrespectful, laughing in my face when i said an oil change should take 20-30 minutes. the oil change ended up taking 2 hours! i even denied their complimentary wheel rotation. absolutely absurd…
