I have a lowered car and was passing through on a Saturday but needed a wheel inspection and balancing done due to a vibration. Called 4 shops and stopped by 2 - got rejected because of the low clearance and/or availability. Steve from Big O said to stop by right away and that he can get started on it immediately.
