In my opinion this store is the only option for auto repair. the work I had done was always extemely fast and perfectly done. I honestly have been ripped off by countless auto repair shops in Cheyenne, Big O has shown me when a repair was done by other shops incorrectly or they charged me and did absolutly nothing. I wouldn't trust my veh anywere else
Bought a set of four tires from this store in October 06 for our 2004 Chrysler minivan. Sometime in 2008 I could tell the van needed to have an alignment done. We took the van to the same Big O Tire store to get it aligned since we got the tires from them thinking they would do a good job. The first alignment was pretty poor. We could tell right away it was just as bad as before we took it to them. We brought the van back to be re-aligned. Results were the same.
