WORST experience ever. Stood in the lobby for over 5 minutes because no one was upfront. Ask if they could fix a leak in the Left rear tire. Guy at the counter told me it would be a couple hours. This is the same guy that walked by me twice and didnt even acknowledge me. Told him I couldnt wait a couple hours ask if they could put my spare in in the meantime. Wouldnt do that either. My dad came in for a tire repair last weekend and received stellar service from the manager. He repaired the flat quickly and refused to take any money for his time and service. Very much appreciated!
Very disappointed to bring in a new car with 10,000 miles on it for tire repair and was told in less than 5 minutes needed 4 new tires. Also told tire could not be repaired although screw is in the tread. Won’t be back and beware if you are female as I get the feeling they would not have said the same to my husband! The tire can repaired as I learned at 2 other places (decided a 2nd/3rd opinion would be good) and I do not need new tires!
