Been here twice for oil change and tire rotation. Good work done so far, and good prices with coupon. My only complaint is an overwhelmingly unfriendly/impersonable staff that doesn't seem to understand that the customer getting work done on the vehicle probably doesn't want to be there either. Convenient, close to the house, and reasonably priced - Just don't expect "service with a smile"

I’ve had my oil changed a couple times here, and they do a great job. However, they’ve quoted me for $700-$800 brake repairs and recently said it was an urgent matter that needed to be done within a month (supposedly my front brakes were gone). I took my car to a brake shop for a second opinion and they made a minor repair on the rear brakes for $70. Big O just straight up lied to me lol. If they recommend major repairs, get a second opinion!
