Came in over the weekend to have a tire looked at, was informed I’d need a new one as the sidewall couldn’t be repaired, and that I was in luck that my tires were so new I could get away with 1 tire. I had the tire ordered, had to follow up twice to actually get it ordered, only for the store to tell me I needed a whole set once I showed up. Allegedly I’d told them I put 10-20k miles on my tires (I didn’t), and thanks to my BMW app, the tires only have 2k miles on them, because they were bought new in April. They couldn’t ex... read more
Great experience
I had a really good experience at Big O tires in Shawnee, Kansas on W. 67th Street. They repaired my tire and did a great job. Big thank you to Matthew and Jason for their customer service. Keep up the great work gentleman.
Just an incredible experience with Big O Tires! Got my tire repaired on my Jeep without cost and they not only put it back on but they also put the spare back under the truck bed. Highly recommend!!!! Awesome people and great experience overall.
