I had my minivan in here 3 time strong to resolve a brake issue-so frustrating����
What a mess. Short version: The manager doesn't know what he is doing. Doesn't know how to talk to, or deal with clients. Coward. Long Version: I called ahead to ask how long it would take for a rear brake job, 35 min. Ok that's reasonable. I will just take my 2 young children with me. We will run errands across the street.
