Stay far away from this place. Waited 5+ hours 5/24/2026 for a flat repair. Had a nail in the center and was slowly leaking. Should be an easy fix for a tire shop. Next day tire was flat. Checked other tires and every tire was a different pressure. One 30 psi, one 40, one 36, and the one "repaired" was flat.. Tires had 600 miles on them and car was new. They even tried to say I needed the alignment checked... on a new car with new tires and zero problems other than a slow tire leak!!! This place is sketchy. First time trying... read more
Monte at Big O Tires really came through for me last minute and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. He was very nice, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I actually understood what I was getting and why it mattered. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find good customer service like that these days, but he definitely went above and beyond. I left feeling confident about my new tires and taken care of.
Monty is the man. They pulled a nail out of my tire and go me back on the road in no time.
