Berry is very rude, and immature. He has no business being employed in the service industry. I'll make sure to spread the word to everyone I know not to visit this location. It's bad news. Very poor professionalism is all you'll find.

I have to say that I almost didn't go to this shop after reading a very derogatory review. Boy were they wrong. First of all, I called and asked for an appointment to have my oil changed. I was given an appointment for the following day at 1 PM. I had not been there before so I gave my lots of time to find it. Keno gave me the appointment and it turned out we were from the same region in California, very nice man.
