I was absolutely blown away by the communication between the technicians and front desk technicians, they updated me and explained everything that was going on in detail. Amazing service and even better tires will come back again thanks again Big O !!!
If you need help and a good friend go to Big O Tires on Juan Tabo. Mark had to go down the street to get my car delivered to the wrong place by tow truck. I was so stressed and worried that day. By the end of the day Super Hero Mark and crew had everything fixed and ready to go. Thank you so much!!💕💕
Mixed review. First time I went there for routine maintenance everything was great! The next 3 times they were always friendly at the front desk but the technicians either forgot to check/fill the air in my tires or rotate them. This last time I realized on the way home (Moriarty) and was too tired to go back after spending 4 1/2 hours there that day. Plus, they can be pushy about getting work done that I can't afford. Makes me think they're paid on commission.
