The shop books by appointment. This particular morning, I was unable to make an appointment so I swing by. I asked how long for an oil change. Answer was 2.5 hours. Asked if I could make an appointment for another day. Answer was no. Barely spoke English. Obviously under new management. Poor service with no clue of how to run a business.
Was on a 7 hour road trip and found a bulge in my tire. Thank goodness I was recommended here. I went to a branch who didn’t have the correct sized tire available, but they called this location and they were able to get me in and tire changed within an hour. The staff was super nice and explained everything. I have a tire warranty and they even called the company on my behalf. Can’t say enough good things about this team! Nick was especially helpful!
