Like most businesses in Richmond, this big o tires doesn’t really want your business. I got a big o tire credit card to get new tires. The guy I was working with named Don just had that “I could care less about making your order work” attitude. First he proceeded to of the tires with all their fees and install was way more than expected. Then he calls me and says he needs an additional $200 on top of the $2500 for shipping. I have purchased from here before and have used them for services, unfortunately they're under new management and DON'T honor prices given out before them. I was very disappointed with them when I went there to have tires installed and they didn't honor what i was told before. The new Manager made it clear to me that they will being changing up a lot of things, I have decided to take my business elsewhere and will no longer be coming back. Thanks to the previous management for the good services provided.
