Absolutely unacceptable experience at Big O Tires. Store # 004120 - spoke to Robert. 1815 W Valencia rd , Tucson Az I was charged different prices for the same service on two trucks — with zero consistency or transparency. When I asked for an explanation, the staff was rude, dismissive, and flat-out refused to walk through the charges. Even better? I have been re scheduled 3 times because they’re busy or tech called out! The second time I went in they told me my car policy was too difficult to deal with and that it was a pain to get anything approved! They re scheduled me for today. I go in and now the tech called out! So there’s nobody else that can do a diagnostic?? Don’t waste your time with these unprofessional so called “techs” .
I got a nail in my rear tire (no surprise driving in Arizona roads) on the way to work. Luckily Big O was right next to them and I was able to drop it off and get it taken care of. David was amazing at getting me in and changing out my front two tires on top of fixing the nail. All done without a key because today was just one of those days. David was also great at communicating with me- really appreciate you!
