Highly recommended , my neighbor Steve told me about Big O in La Mesa and I decided to give it a shot . When I met Eddy I knew I found my home . Such a genuine and great guy to work with and very professional. I will be taking my vehicles here

30 min, in and out flat tire repair, I appreciate you guys.
I showed up for my appointment and they didn't have my tires. After some complaints about how they were too busy, they reluctantly agreed to go grab my tires from their local warehouse. About 20 minutes later, they made an excuse about how they couldn't apply their online pricing and wanted to charge me an extra $100. Clearly they just didn't want to do the work. Another company who doesn't want to honor their promotions, and a manager who could care less. Overall a very disappointing experience and complete waste of time.
I had such an amazing experience at Big O Tires this Saturday morning! One of my tires had a pressure issue — it was 3–4 psi lower than the others, and I thought it might be leaking. I stopped by the shop, and the team there took care of me right away. Within an hour, they had checked and fixed everything. What really impressed me was how friendly, honest, and kind the staff were.
