Big O in Yuma drained my transmission oil and overfilled my oil and left the cap off. Oil was spewed all over my engine back to the muffler. When brought to their attention, the owner accused me of doing it myself and sabotaging my vehicle and losing 3 days of my vacation.!! Do not trust Big O with any of your needs. I wish someone had warned me.
