Big O Tires truly went above and beyond for my friend. Another shop told her she needed all four tires replaced, but Eddy took the time to actually look and give an honest assessment. He was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Instead of pushing unnecessary repairs, he had the team patch the tires — and she didn’t spend a single dollar. We have been going there for over 25 years. Never once had a complaint or a less than ok service or repair.... This place is special. While this may sound silly. I can recommend to anyone, send my daughter and not worry..... This is a truly honest business with very high personal standards for all employees., Pure class all the way.

It's not often I go back to re-review places I've previously reviewed, but in this case I think it's necessary. I've had quite a bit of work done at Big O Tires, and some of it was done properly. After comparing their prices to the competition, the prices are certainly higher. I was under the impression I was getting a better quality of work, however that is not accurate.
