I have always used Big O Tires for car issues, I have always had the best customer service from Mike Del Monte and he understands my concerns when I schedule an appointment. Every visit feels like the crew goes beyond recommended service when I bring my vehicle and my 2012 Charger RT is my best car by far so when everything runs in top shape I’m extremely happy! Thank you to Mike and the crew that keeps me happy behind the wheel and safe on the road.

I’ve been going to BIG-O for many years at different locations. Like all I’ve ever been to my experience at the one in Danville was awesome as usual. Consistency in customer service is key. The one in Danville, CA is probably the best experience I have had so far! The gentleman (Barney, I believe) worked hard as a Tasmanian Devil, assisting others over the phone or on site as he took care of me without missing a stride! How he did that, I have no idea!
