I’ve used Big O Tires several times over the years, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. I was advised that my vehicle needed repairs that were not recommended by other shops after I sought second opinions. For example, I was told my A/C condenser and compressor needed replacement, but another mechanic only recommended replacing the compressor. I was also advised that some bolts related to a tie rod replacement performed elsewhere were loose. Follow-up inspections at two other repair facilities did not identify... read more
